Log Book is a found book of logarithmic tables. It has been rebound and modified so that the printed tables of logarithmic data are sealed within the pages of the book, unable to be read. However, the embedded electronic circuitry sonifies this data by producing logarithmic glissandi determined by the logarithms between 1 and 100 over the bases 2 through 10. The base frequency of the sound was determined by calculations written on the page by the book's previous owner. The book, therefore, resonates with the information impressed upon its pages.
